Senior Proceeds of Crime Solicitor

ENL Legal Recruitment is seeking a Criminal Solicitor in Swansea to join a highly specialist prosecution team. With 4+ PQE, you will advise on complex proceeds of crime matters, including asset restraint, confiscation and enforcement, while collaborating with police and justice partners.

You will manage charging decisions, disclosure issues and evidential matters, with opportunities for advocacy and important decisions on bail and discontinuance within a respected organisation.
