Lead Vehicle Design Engineer | Team Lead & Ownership

Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking a Lead Design Engineer in Marden, Kent. You will lead design tasks across mechanical/structural work, develop 3D models and 2D drawings, and mentor engineers while coordinating with Production, Quality and suppliers.

The role is permanent, Monday–Friday days based, with a salary of £62,000–£68,000 plus team leadership, technical ownership and progression opportunities, plus excellent company benefits.
