Production Head Chef – High-Volume Kitchen Lead (Weekdays)

COREcruitment is seeking a Production Head Chef for a high-volume central London operation. You will lead a busy production kitchen supporting multiple food outlets, hospitality and events with a focus on quality, cost control and schedule adherence.

The role focuses on planning high-volume production, managing a large brigade, and ensuring food safety and consistency across outlets. Daytime hours, with a strong emphasis on Monday–Friday work patterns.
