MEP Pre-Construction Manager – Mechanical (Hybrid | Growth)

Our client is seeking an MEP Pre-Construction Manager – Mechanical to lead the technical development of mechanical MEP packages in the pre-construction process.

Based in Reading on a hybrid basis with travel to UK projects, the role focuses on reducing technical risk, improving scope clarity and ensuring a controlled handover to delivery teams. You will lead technical development from survey through design development and handover, with progression opportunities within Technical Services.
