Responsibilities
Assist in the production of moulded parts, ensuring they are moulded to customer specification.
Assemble, pack, and label finished goods in preparation for shipment.
Rapidly report machine breakdowns to the Process Team.
Rapidly report quality issues to the Quality Team.
Follow work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Maintain the factory floor in excellent order.
Utilise the 5S system and ensure housekeeping is maintained to the highest standard in all areas of responsibility within the Moulding Department.
Support the reduction of scrap across the site.
Help ensure that safety is maintained and improved by reporting unsafe conditions and incidents.
Carry out visual inspections of produced components to assess quality and identify issues or defects.
Carry out basic problem-solving.
Label, wrap, and transport pallets to holding areas.
Contribute to Denroys unified manufacturing excellence programme.
Perform any other duties appropriate to the role.

Ability to work on foot for extended periods of time.

Desirable Experience and Knowledge
Previous experience in injection moulding and/or previous experience working in a factory setting.
Working knowledge of lean manufacturing and 5S.
Experience operating injection moulding machinery, including basic machine functions, starting and stopping, setup, and tool changes.
Expected Education
5 GCSEs at Grade C or above, including Mathematics and English, or equivalent.
