At KP Snacks, our people areat the heart of everything we do. We're looking for an HR Advisorto join our Ashby Human Resources team, supporting more than 600colleagues and over 35 line managers across thesite.
You’ll provide proactive, pragmaticand people-focused support across a broad range of HR activities.You'll work closely with managers to help create a positivecolleague experience, ensure people processes are applied fairlyand consistently, and support the delivery of key businessobjectives.

Providingday-to-day HR support
Working with managersacross the Ashby site to provide practical guidance on peoplematters and support the delivery of the site's peopleplanSupportingemployee relations activities
Assistingwith disciplinary, grievance, performance and absence managementcases, helping to ensure matters are handled fairly, consistentlyand in line with companypolicyUsingpeople data to support decisionmaking
Producing HR reports, monitoring keypeople metrics and helping identify trends and opportunities toimprove colleague experience and businessperformancePromotingcolleague engagement andwellbeing
Supporting engagementinitiatives, wellbeing activities and action plans that help createa positive and inclusive workingenvironmentSupportingHR processes and projects
Managingtransactional HR activities, collaborating with Payroll and PeopleServices and contributing to local and business-wide HRinitiatives
Experienceworking in an HR environment
Experience inan HR, People or Advisory role, with exposure to a range of HRactivities andprocessesAninterest in employee relations and peoplemanagement
Strong experience supportingabsence, performance, disciplinary and grievancemattersStrongcommunication and relationship-buildingskills
The ability to work effectively withmanagers, colleagues and stakeholders, building trust andcredibility across thebusinessAproactive and organised approach
Theability to manage multiple priorities, work with attention todetail and maintain confidentiality when handling sensitiveinformationConfidenceusing data and systems
Comfortable usingMicrosoft Office applications and interpreting information tosupport decision making and continuousimprovement
