SENCO & SEND Lead: Driving Inclusion Excellence

The Forest Academy in London is seeking a qualified SENCO to lead the SEND provision across the academy. You will develop strategies to support pupils with SEND and ensure high-quality teaching and learning for all learners.

Starting January 2027, the role offers leadership of SEND, collaboration with external agencies, and a dedicated pay scale including M1-6/UPS1-3 plus a TLR 2c for Outer London.
