2:1 Complex Mental Health Care Specialist

RJS RESOURCING LTD is seeking an experienced Support Worker to provide 2:1, 24-hour care for a client with very complex mental health needs, including eating disorders and high-risk self-harm, within PBS frameworks.

Shift patterns are 12-hour shifts, with day and night work and every other weekend. The role offers both part-time and full-time contracts, with clear pay rates and comprehensive benefits. Training and development are provided to support ongoing professional growth.
