Frailty & Health Care Support Worker (Band 3) – Welsh Speaking

Hywel Dda University Health Board is recruiting a Band 3 Frailty Support Worker for Ward 3 at Prince Philip Hospital, Llanelli. This role offers the chance to develop skills in caring for frail patients and to contribute to dignified, person-centered care.

You will help promote independence through mobility, nutrition and hydration, and work alongside nursing and therapies teams to improve the patient experience.
