Trauma‑Informed Residential Support Worker (EBD)

Joining Careers Education is seeking 6 x Residential Support Workers to join our team in the United Kingdom. You will work in an Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) children’s home, delivering supportive care and trauma-informed approaches.

You will earn up to £14 per hour, with sleep-in payments of £50 per night. We offer specialist monthly CPD training, diploma progression, clear career pathways, gym membership after 3 months, and access to wellbeing support.
