Residential Care Support Worker: 12-Hour Shifts & Training

Polaris is looking for a Residential Childcare Support Worker in Haverhill to join Area Camden. You will work a fixed 12-hour shift rota (08:00–20:00) to support young people aged 11–18, focusing on safe, nurturing care and daily living activities.

Successful applicants will contribute to planning and safeguarding, build positive relationships, and participate in training and progression opportunities. DBS checks are standard for this role.
