Lead Occupational Health AHP – Senior Clinician & Team Leader

King’s College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Band 8a Occupational Health AHP Lead to provide senior clinical and managerial leadership of the Occupational Health Therapy service, shaping strategy, governance and development across the organisation.

The post holder will oversee the therapy team, deliver high‑quality, evidence‑based interventions, and collaborate with other health professionals while meeting KPIs and navigating weekend commitments and travel requirements.
