Environment Admin & Customer Support Officer

Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council is seeking a Support Officer to provide efficient administrative support within the Environment Team at Wade Road Depot. You will handle customer enquiries, support allotment and cemetery administration, and contribute to health and safety compliance.

The role includes processing purchase orders, invoices and PPE stock control, and involves occasional evening meetings with allotment groups. Experience with customer service is essential.
