Children & Families Social Worker – Island Impact

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Social Worker to join the Children & Families team on St Helena Island. You’ll manage a diverse caseload, delivering high-quality, strengths-based support to children, young people and families in a unique statutory setting.

This two-year fixed-term contract starts January 2027 and offers an international supplement based on family status, relocation support, flights, generous leave and access to local health schemes.
