Employment Tribunal Paralegal – LEI Specialist (Birmingham)

Irwin Mitchell in Birmingham is seeking a paralegal to support our Employment team with a focus on contentious Employment Tribunal work funded by Legal Expenses Insurance (LEI). You’ll gain exposure to a variety of claims and work closely with solicitors, building experience in employment litigation and client service.

The role offers supervision, development opportunities and the chance to contribute to a busy LEI practice while collaborating with colleagues across the team.
