Dynamic Residential Conveyancing Assistant | Swindon

TSR Legal is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Legal Assistant to join its Property team in Swindon. Working closely with experienced fee earners, you will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support across a busy residential property caseload.

You will open new files, prepare contracts and property documentation, progress sales and purchases from instruction through to completion, and liaise with clients, estate agents and lenders to ensure smooth transactions.
