Patents Administrator, Mid-Level — Hybrid/London

Carpmaels & Ransford is seeking a Mid-Level Patents Administrator to support the Records and Formalities team in London. The role covers filings, docketing, and communications with clients and associates across patents, trademarks, transactions and disputes.

Reporting to the Patents Team Manager, you will handle deadlines, applications, and submissions via EPOline and ePCT, coordinate with fee earners, and contribute to training within the department.
