Clarion Housing Group is seeking a Maintenance Surveyor to cover Brighton, Tunbridge and surrounding areas of East Sussex. You will lead pre/post-inspection reports for responsive repairs, voids, and cyclical works, engaging with customers, leaseholders and stakeholders to ensure quality outcomes.
Applicants should hold a Diploma in Surveying, Property and Maintenance Level 3 and be a member of RICS or CIOB.
