Customer Service Advisor

Our client based in Fairford is looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly and growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

Customer Service Advisor Roles and Responsibilities:

• Handling inbound and outbound calls
• Dealing with customer queries and providing excellent customer service
• Booking couriers for warehouse dispatch
• Data entry and maintaining accurate records
• Ensuring all spreadsheets are kept up to date
• Carrying out regular stock takes and counts
• Assisting in the warehouse

Customer Service Advisor Ideal Candidate:

• Previous experience in a customer service role
• Confident and professional telephone manner
• Previous warehouse experience is desirable
• Good organisational and administrative skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Customer Service Advisor Working Hours and Benefits:

• Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 18:00
