Insurance Customer Care Specialist

Oakland Insurance is seeking a customer-focused individual to join our busy Customer Services team in Belfast. You will respond to enquiries, process renewals, issue documentation, and maintain service standards with a friendly, proactive approach.

Ideal candidates will have GCSEs including Maths and English, at least two years in insurance, strong IT skills, and a willingness to undertake training. Excellent communication and customer-focused service are essential.
