Polish-Speaking Customer Advisor (Hybrid/Remote)

Advancing People Multilingual are recruiting a Polish Speaking Customer Service Advisor on a hybrid basis in Nottingham. The role handles Polish-speaking markets via phone, live-chat and email, delivering prompt, professional service.

The successful candidate will work with customers, primarily Polish-speaking, to resolve enquiries, process orders, and support retention. Training is provided, with 2 days in Nottingham and 3 days remote.
