Production Operative: Precision Assembly & Metalwork

Proactive Global is recruiting a Production Operative to join a growing manufacturing business in the UK. You will support day-to-day manufacturing and workshop activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.

You’ll carry out basic mechanical assembly using drawings and work instructions, operate workshop machinery and hand tools, perform light metalworking, prepare components for further processes and help with packing and dispatch.
