Part-Time Temp: Customer Service Advisor (Sportswear)

Retail Human Resources plc seeks a customer service advisor for a high-street retailer on a temporary, part-time basis (about 20 hours per week), starting ASAP for four months. You will handle customer enquiries by phone and email and support the team with ad-hoc admin tasks.

The successful candidate will have prior customer service experience, be proactive and enthusiastic, and familiarity with Zendesk is advantageous.
