Community Services Coordinator (Older Adults)

The Link is seeking a Service Coordinator in London (SE22 Southwark) to coordinate our Information and Support service and deliver person-centred support. You will build relationships with partners, referrers and volunteers and help shape new projects that improve wellbeing and reduce isolation in the community.

£37,500 per year for 35 hours a week (Mon-Fri), permanent contract, based in SE22 Southwark. Minimum 3 days a week in the office/community setting.
