Barclays in Manchester invites graduates to join the Retail, Business and Customer Banking Graduate programme. You will enter the explorer programme, a two-year pathway featuring three eight-month rotations and bespoke job-based training from day one.

You will be mentored and supported to build deep knowledge in customer care, product development, and technology, while developing leadership and analytical skills across the business.
