Burch Recruitment is partnering with a leading logistics client in Slough to recruit a Warehouse Supervisor for an afternoon/evening shift. You will lead a team, oversee daily operations, and drive efficiency in storage, picking, packing and shipping.
You’ll ensure safety compliance, optimise layouts, monitor stock levels, and collaborate with other departments to meet order deadlines. Prior supervisory experience and knowledge of WMS are essential; forklift certification is a plus.
