GTM Activation Marketing Manager – Workday Growth

Kainos is seeking a GTM Activation Marketing Manager to lead activation strategy and multi-channel campaigns for the Workday Product BU. You will bridge campaign strategy with execution, ensure alignment with sales plans, and optimize ROI across channels.

Working with Sales, SDRs, Product Marketing, Alliances, and wider marketing teams, you will drive pipeline growth, nurture leads, and enhance messaging consistency across the buyer journey.
