Level 3 Teaching Assistant – Learning Support & Class Leadership

Swinton Academy seeks an ambitious Level 3 Teaching Assistant to support learning by assisting teachers, managing resources, and implementing work programmes. The role includes supervising classes and providing individual or group pupil support within the academy and its Enhanced Resource.

You will work under guidance, helping with planning cycles and ensuring pupils access to learning, while modeling positive values and expectations within the school environment.
