City of London B&I Hospitality General Manager

ILLUME RECRUITMENT is seeking a Hospitality General Manager for a City of London contract catering project. The role is Monday to Friday and focuses on mobilising and managing an exciting new contract, reporting to the client on site.

The ideal candidate will be currently operating as a Hospitality Manager within London’s B&I sector and will step into their first General Manager position, leading a small on-site team and ensuring smooth service delivery.
