My client is a leading contract caterer and they are currently recruiting for a Hospitality General Manager to mobilise and manage an exciting new B&I contract in the City of London.
For this Hospitality General Manager role, I am looking for a candidate currently in a Hospitality Manager position within London’s B&I sector who is excited at the opportunity to take on their first General Manager position.
The role will require the Hospitality General Manager to:
Lead and manage a team of 3 – Hospitality Manager, FOH Assistant, Catering Assistant
Oversee a free issue breakfast and cost plus hospitality, there is no lunch offering
Manage the client on site with an open, problem solving and efficient approach
All candidates applying for this Hospitality General Manager role must have been in either a Hospitality Manager, Deputy General Manager or General Manager role within contract catering in the last year.
