Flexible Roadside Mechanic — £50k–£57k, Van & Perks

RAC is seeking a SuperFlex Roadside Mechanic in the Cheltenham area. You’ll work around 40 hours a week with a flexible roster, covering an area including Cheltenham, Gloucester, and nearby towns. You’ll receive a dedicated RAC van, tools, fuel card, and full uniform from day one.

Shifts run from early morning to late evening, with a focus on helping members get back on the road. The role rewards proactive problem solving, strong communication, and reliable service.
