In-Store Sales Associate – KPI Bonus & Benefits

CLARK’S is seeking a proactive Sales Associate to deliver an outstanding consumer experience in-store and contribute to achieving set KPIs. You will engage customers with product knowledge, operate the POS system, and maintain high retail standards both front and back of house.

You will support in meeting store targets, keep the sales floor tidy, and assist with merchandising. A flexible 7-day shift pattern, including weekends and bank holidays, is required.
