Compassionate Learning Disability Support Worker (Driver)

We Change Lives is seeking a Learning Disability Support Worker in Ellesmere Port to provide person-centred care and support for two residents with learning disabilities. The role involves promoting independence, personal care, attendance at appointments, activities, and community outings using adapted vehicles.
