GP Receptionist | Training Provided & Patient Care

Cardiff and Vale University Health Board is seeking a GP receptionist for a busy north London GP surgery. Training will be provided; prior experience is helpful but not required. Strong communication and team collaboration are essential as the role covers multiple duties.

You will handle patient interactions in person, online and by phone, support clinical staff, file correspondence in the clinical system and arrange patient appointments. Flexibility to cover holidays or sickness is expected.
