About you

• Previous experience in a transport planning, logistics or supply chain role.
• TSS experience
• Experience of dealing with 3rd party hauliers

Duties

• Responsible for planning and coordinating all 3rd party transport requirements
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed within deadlines
• Source competitive transport rates
• Build relationships with transport providers and negotiate the best value
• Communicate effectively with internal and external teams
• Manage all TSS compliance requirements
• Prepare, record and monitor bonded movements
• Complete customs documentation and receipt goods
• Coordinate delivery appointments with suppliers, transport providers and warehouse operations.
• Maintain accurate transport records, costs and supporting documentation.
• Other adhoc duties
