At Inspire, we are a leading charity providing mental health, wellbeing and learning disability services across Northern Ireland and beyond. We are seeking an Assistant Finance Business Partner to join our Finance and Corporate Services team in Belfast on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

As an Assistant Finance Business Partner, you will support our Finance Business Partners in delivering accurate financial reporting, insightful analysis and practical financial solutions that enable informed decision-making across the organisation.

About You
Qualifications
- Actively studying towards, or interested in pursuing, a professional finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA or AAT); or
- A minimum of two years’ experience in a finance role, such as Finance Administrator or Accounts Assistant.
Experience
- Assisting with management or statutory accounts.
- Using Excel to analyse financial data, including formulas, pivot tables and lookups.
- Explaining financial information clearly to non-finance colleagues.
Additional Requirements
- Flexibility to work across locations.
- Full current driving licence and access to a car with business insurance.
