Contract Type: Fixed Term Maternity Cover 1 year, Part Time 22.5 hours per week, 52 weeks per year

What Youll Do
Teach and assess learners across Level 1, 2 and T Level programmes, where appropriateDeliver engaging, practical and industry-focused lessonsDevelop learners knowledge of child development, safeguarding, wellbeing and early years practiceSupport learners to achieve qualifications and progress into employment, apprenticeships or higher educationShare your professional Early Years knowledge and real-world experienceHelp learners build confidence, professionalism and ambitionPrepare learners for successful careers working with children and familiesContribute to an inclusive, supportive and inspiring learning environment
What Youll Bring
A Level 3+ qualification and/or significant experience in Early Years, Childcare, Early Education or a related subjectStrong Early Years knowledge and practical professional experienceAn understanding of child development, safeguarding and current Early Years practiceThe ability to engage, motivate and support learnersA passion for practical, inclusive and industry-relevant learningA Level 4 teaching qualification is welcomed, but not essential
