Payroll Executive

Black Fox Solutions are delighted to be working with a water and power technology engineering experts specialising in critical infrastructure and they are looking for a Payroll Executive to join their finance team Monday to Friday with a salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Processing of weekly and monthly UK payrolls
• Process payroll for hourly paid and salaried employees
• Maintain accurate employee payroll records
• Ensure all payroll records are changed correctly
• Ensure payroll is processed in accordance with current UK legislation, HMRC as well as company policies
• Prepare and submit required HMRC payroll information
• Calculate and process statutory payments and deductions
• Ensure year-end payroll processes are completed

Essential Criteria

• 5 years experience in payroll processing
• Experience processing both weekly and monthly payrolls
• Knowledge of PAYE, National Insurance, statutory payments and payroll deductions
• Experience with Sage Payroll/Sage Micropay
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
