You'll become an indispensable expert our customers rely on.nnnYear 1 Focus: Dive deep into the specialist merchant industry, market dynamics, and our business strategy. You’ll become a product guru and a customer service superstar, all while embedding our 'safety first' approach.nnnYear 2 Focus: Hone your leadership style and master the art of inspiring and motivating a team.nnnYour learning is 'on the job,' supported by a dedicated apprenticeship coach who provides 1:1 coaching, mentoring, and technical training.
