We are looking for an experienced Warehouse Supervisor to support the day-to-day running of a busy warehouse and distribution operation. Reporting to the Branch Dispatch Manager, you will oversee warehouse activities, support and motivate staff, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain high standards of health & safety and operational performance.
n n n Key Responsibilitiesn n n

- Supervise daily warehouse and distribution activities.
- Allocate workloads and ensure customer orders are processed efficiently.
- Ensure delivery vehicles are loaded safely and correctly.
- Support, motivate and develop warehouse employees.
- Assist with recruitment, inductions, rotas and timesheets.
- Maintain stock accuracy and assist with stock control activities.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies and PPE requirements.
- Monitor branch performance and help achieve KPI targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.

- Previous supervisory experience within a warehouse, logistics or distribution environment.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience managing teams and operational priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse Health & Safety practices.
- IT competent with good administration skills.
