Overview

In this role you will lead HR analytics and reporting initiatives, shaping functional specifications for Core HR, Payroll, and talent processes. You’ll design and validate dashboards and semantic models with cross-functional teams, ensuring accurate, scalable HCM insights. Your work supports governance, testing, and stakeholder alignment across HR, IT, data, and PMO. Responsibilities

• Lead reporting workshops for Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Talent Management, Performance, and Career Development
• Define functional reporting specs across above subject areas
• Collaborate with technology teams to design Power BI dashboards for HCM insights
• Work with data modeling to define reporting semantic models
• Validate reporting logic, data structures, joins, and metrics for accuracy
• Coordinate testing with the QA team to define and execute functional reporting test cases
• Engage with HR, Payroll, IT, Data, and PMO stakeholders; participate in design reviews and governance checkpoints

Key requirements

• Knowledge of standard KPIs, metrics, and reporting in HCM
• Experience in Oracle HCM Reporting & Analytics and Oracle TBI
• Deep understanding of Oracle EBS/HCM data models and integration
• Oracle HCM experience highly preferred
• Experience in advanced analytics and AI-based solutions on HCM highly preferred
• PL 300 / Power BI certification (preferred)
