Project Manager – Commercial Developer

Overview

In this Project Manager role, you will steer large-scale, London-based schemes (residential, commercial, and mixed-use) from research through delivery. You’ll implement processes, coordinate multi-disciplinary teams, and report progress to clients and stakeholders. You’ll work within a client-focused, growth-minded firm to drive successful outcomes on complex projects. Responsibilities

• Conduct background research, data collection and benchmarking
• Establish effective processes and systems for the project
• Produce project plans and manage teams where applicable
• Monitor and document project progress and performance indicators
• Track and document changes
• Prepare written project communications and formal progress reports
• Liaise with clients, contractors and designers
• Attend meetings and draft minutes

Key requirements

• Experience delivering projects as a Project Manager on large sites in London
• Projects may include residential, commercial and mixed-use
• Successful delivery of whole project or a large element
• Experience with projects of 20m++
• Professionally qualified in construction, project management, engineering, surveying or architecture (ideally)
