Solicitor or Associate – Motor Fraud

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of defendant motor fraud cases from inception to resolution
• Conduct investigations, gather evidence, and interview witnesses
• Maintain accurate case files using the firm’s case management system
• Liaise with clients and external parties to provide updates and secure documentation
• Collaborate with clients, insurers, and other stakeholders to obtain evidence
• Conduct legal research to support case strategy and development

Key requirements

• Qualified Solicitor (or equivalent) with experience in insurance and motor fraud litigation
• Strong understanding of motor-related claims and the litigation process, including pre-action protocols and CPR
• Excellent drafting, analytical and legal research skills; experience with case management systems
• Highly organized with attention to detail; able to manage deadlines and work under pressure; collaborative with stakeholders
