Business Analyst

Overview

In this role you will bridge clients and delivery teams to translate strategic objectives into actionable insights. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape secure, scalable solutions within AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Big Data, and Digital Transformation. You’ll contribute to operating models and transformation roadmaps while driving continuous improvement and clear traceability across the delivery lifecycle. Responsibilities

• Engage with senior stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business requirements
• Translate complex business needs into clear documentation and user stories
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and delivery teams to shape secure, scalable solutions
• Support design and implementation of Target Operating Models and transformation roadmaps
• Facilitate workshops, interviews, and stakeholder engagement sessions
• Contribute to business process reengineering and continuous improvement initiatives
• Ensure traceability of requirements through the delivery lifecycle
• Support bids and proposals, bringing insight and clarity to client challenges

Key requirements

• Experience as a Business Analyst in secure or complex environments (e.g., Defence, Intelligence, Law Enforcement)
• Strong understanding of business analysis frameworks and methodologies (BABOK, Agile, Waterfall, SAFe)
• Experience with BPMN, UML and requirements management tools
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders
