Cyber Risk Management Specialist / Cyber Practice Consultant

Overview

In this role you will support clients with cyber risk management and cyber insurance placement, helping organisations understand and mitigate cyber threats. You’ll work across SME to Corporate clients, shaping their cyber resilience strategies within a growing specialist practice. You’ll collaborate with insurers and internal teams to identify opportunities, deliver guidance, and keep pace with evolving risks and regulations. Responsibilities

• Advise clients on cyber risk exposures and cyber insurance solutions
• Build and develop relationships with clients, insurers and key stakeholders
• Support placement and renewal of Cyber Insurance programmes
• Collaborate with Account Executives and broking teams to identify cyber opportunities
• Assist clients in understanding emerging threats, trends and risk management strategies
• Conduct cyber risk reviews and support improvements to cyber resilience
• Liaise with specialist insurers to negotiate terms and coverage
• Support new business activity and growth of the Cyber Practice
• Deliver presentations and technical guidance to clients and internal teams
• Keep up to date with evolving cyber risks, legislation and market developments

Key requirements

• Experience within Cyber Insurance, Cyber Risk Management or Financial Lines insurance
• Strong technical understanding of cyber risks and cyber insurance products
• Commercial awareness and relationship-building ability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to explain technical cyber concepts in a client-friendly manner
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
