Civil Engineer – Housing Developer

Overview

In this Civil Engineer role you’ll contribute to the design and delivery of residential developments for a family-owned housing developer. You will work with the in-house design team across multiple stages of the technical design process, shaping infrastructure and external works for new communities. The role combines design, collaboration, and practical problem-solving to deliver high-quality homes in the Southeast. Responsibilities

• Contribute to design and delivery of housing developments
• Work across multiple stages of the technical design process
• Create detailed designs for infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, and external works
• Collaborate with the in-house design team to advance projects

Key requirements

• Civil Engineering degree is desirable
• Experience as an engineer with consultancy background or housebuilder with in-house design
• Ideally MICE Chartered or Incorporated (studies supported)
• Proven ability to create detailed infrastructure designs (infrastructure, foundations, highways, drainage, external works)
• Strong IT skills with Microsoft, AutoCAD, PDS, FLOW (or similar)
