Overview

In this role you will be the employment teams go-to expert for knowledge, guidance, and best practice. You will translate evolving law into practical materials, own precedents and templates, and design training to boost fee-earner capabilities. You’ll produce updates, alerts, and thought leadership while supporting seminars and knowledge-sharing. A strong focus on legal innovation and smarter workflows will help the firm stay ahead in a competitive market. This is a pivotal role that shapes how lawyers access insight and training to deliver high-quality advice.

Responsibilities

• Monitor developments in employment law and translate changes into practical guidance for fee earners
• Own the team’s precedents, templates, and know-how resources
• Design and deliver training programmes including CPD, inductions and technical development
• Produce client alerts, updates and thought leadership content
• Support seminars, webinars, and internal knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Drive innovation by identifying smarter ways of working, including use of technology, automation and AI

Key requirements

• Experienced employment solicitor with strong technical expertise
