Overview

In this role you will deliver innovative and sustainable electrical designs for building services across a range of sectors. Responsibilities

• Produce detailed electrical designs and calculations for building services projects
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure seamless project integration
• Prepare and review technical specifications and reports
• Attend client and project team meetings to discuss progress
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends to enhance project outcomes
• Collaborate with clients, architects, and consultants to meet project requirements
• Ensure designs comply with Building Regulations, British Standards, and industry best practices
• Contribute to sustainable and energy-efficient solutions

Key requirements

• Degree or equivalent in Electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in electrical building services design
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Amtech, and Revit MEP
• Strong knowledge of Building Regulations and British Standards
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
