Program Manager – Commodities Transformation

Overview

In this role you will lead the transformation of strategic plans into high-impact programs within Global Commodities Operations, enabling growth across Metals, Energy, Agricultural and Indices products. You will collaborate with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams to deliver programs that align with business strategy and drive tangible results. The role combines program leadership, data-driven decision making, and conflict management to navigate complex issues. You will shape a culture of continuous learning and innovation while supporting global expansion in Physical Energy markets.

Responsibilities

• Transform strategic plans into high-impact programs and projects across business units
• Oversee program execution with alignment to strategy, risk mitigation, and timely delivery

Key requirements

• 7+ years of experience leading and managing complex programs or projects across multiple business units
