Consultant Psychiatrist – Community Home Treatment Lead

Surrey and Borders Partnership NHS Foundation Trust in Guildford invites a Consultant Psychiatrist to lead the Home Treatment Team for SW Surrey, delivering expert assessments, treatment planning and clinical leadership in the community.

The role focuses on preventing hospital admissions, supporting early discharge, and liaising with local teams, carers and services. You will guide the MDT under New Ways of Working and help patients recover with the right support in place.
